Revere Beach

Yesterday we enjoyed one of the country's biggest sand-sculpting contests, just a 20-minute drive away! It was very cool to see what people can create out of a big pile of sand.

(Kayla thought the sculptures were really exciting...)

After viewing the sand art, we headed down to the water for play time!

After so much fun in the sun, time for a nap!

The beach was a success and we will definitely be coming back!

It sounds like you guys are having a great time in Boston. I'm so glad Kayla decided she wanted to walk! She looks so cute in her little swimsuit on the beach! We miss you guys. Dallin still asks for you all the time.

That is some serious playing in the dirt. How fun to be an East Coaster.

Rever Beach is definitely not the best beach in New England. We only went there once and that was enough. You should definitely check out Crane Beach in Ipswitch or Wingersheek Beach up north. Both are cleaner and Wingersheek even has a lighthouse. Just a tip from a former Beantowner.

That last post was from Randy (Mel refuses to take credit for it...even if she agrees)
