We finally found adventure!!! There are a couple of small state parks just outside of Peoria that have some pretty good mountain biking, which is quite surprising, considering that there aren't any mountains... Anyway, it's not quite like out West, but at least there are a lot of trees, and there are actually some pretty good trails that criss-cross all through the parks. Wha-hoooooo!!!

so is this the triumphant raising of the bike after the nasty awkward fall? We can't wait till Carole has the baby because that is going to be one of the 1st purchases, a bike for her so we can go on some rides - Chad
I'm glad you've got something to do to burn off all of your excess energy! Looks like you had fun. Diana can't wait to buy a new bike to replace the one that was stolen from our apartment when we were newly-weds!
Looks fun...Eric's got the mountain biking bug and i must say it's starting to nibble at my extremities as well. For now, we're settling for calm rides around town with Tiana in tow...my how life changes when you've got kids. Enjoy your without-kids-ness while it lasts!
